Zenith launches Defy Revival A3691

Last year, Zenith introduced the Defy Revival A3642 – a retro replica sports luxury replica watches with an octagonal case and tetradexagonal bezel – to the delight of enthusiasts who are excited to see the return of this unique design. The only problem is that it's limited to 250 pieces.

The A3691 is priced at $6,900, making it very reasonably priced compared to competitors from other brands and even Zenith itself. Its modern counterpart, the Defy Skyline, costs around 20% more, despite having a more refined case and bracelet. The Defy Revival A3691 is a faithful replica of the original 1971 watch. It retains the iconic octagonal case, the same 300 m water resistance as the original watch, and the “stepped” bracelet made by Gay Frères for Zenith that also appears on the El Primero chronograph.

The main difference between the remastered version and the original is the dial and open case back. The dial has a deep red textured finish, which is more vibrant than the deep red of the original.
